General Information

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via UPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Note: Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery

We offer Standard (via DHL) shipping options depending on the destination country.

The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.

Depending on the destination country, international orders can take between 10 to 21 business days to deliver.*

DHL - Canada & Mexico	$28	10-20 Business Days plus processing*
DHL - All else	$48	10-20 Business Days plus processing*
